Five Thinking Blogs Meme
Tom Watson tagged me for this meme, which is a kindness since it’s migraine time again. I’ve heard myself say, ‘Some are worse than others.’ That makes sense when I’m not in the middle of one. Using the doctors’ query, “How much does it hurt on a scale of one to ten?” my migraines are like 299,727,458 per second, minimum. So thanks to Tom Watson and his dirty life and times, I can put up an easy meme rather than write about Walter and Amanda’s shared passion for ice skating and how, because Walter doesn’t want anyone noticing them, they drive every Saturday and Sunday, finding skating rinks within a 200 miles radius. Amanda thinks no one would notice them if they simply wore disguises. Walter says even the best disguises would be like the two of them wearing sandwich boards, to which Amanda, at “eleven going on thirty,” asks, “What’s a sandwich board?”
The Five Blogs That Make You Think meme marks the second time I’ve gotten tagged. The first time, “Name ten usual things about yourself,” was thanks to Blue Girl, who had introduced me to Jennifer and Claire, and then to Tom. I was already reading Lance Mannion.
When I read other blogs, some people almost groan before dutifully laying out the meme and putting up links—they’ve played this game too many times. Not me. This is a vacation. ALL blogs make me think.
Trouble is I can’t tell which blogs are already tagged for this meme. And I’m sick in the head, remember. So instead of making sure I’m tagging someone new, I’m going to guess. If I didn’t guess that you were still looking for a “musical chair” and the music stopped a while ago, forgive me. If I listed you and you were tagged back in February, because the whole internet is well aware that your blog provokes more serious thinking than anyone else's, forgive me for that, too. Listed below are blogs that really make me think a lot, but then all blogs do. (If you want to check out the source and rules, go here.)

2. Modern Matriarch
3. Lily Kane
4. The Well Versed Heart
